A highly progressive spinning rod for Trout.
The ultimate Toc rod for fine-line Trout. It has the perfect action for fishing 6lb lines and subtle power, a bit like a fly fishing rod that quickly tires the fish out. We originally designed this rod for the West Country technique known as « boondogging », where the angler lets his boat drift at the same speed as the river. This allows the bait to drift freely alongside the boat. This technique requires a more forgiving rod, as the fish will abandon the bait as soon as it feels resistance. Consequently, this rod is flexible enough to allow you to « see » the attack before the fish has time to react. Suitable for both winter and summer fish. This style of rod has become a favorite of anglers who drift on their side. Other applications include quiet bait fishing for big Trout and casting small spoons and spinners from shore.

These products are handmade directly in the brand’s American factories.
